I can not install new font's??

[Help me to install new font's]

Hi dear support team

I can't install new font's

When i open from control panel - fonts

after when i open 1 menu it's not show the menu for install new font's

when i open fonts file menu, he open another menu: new; create shortcut,
delete, rename, properties & close


so, help me please!
