i can not save file under forms and reports with access

i created table and queries, but i have trouble with create forms and reports.
when i create forms and tried to save, but it was not saved at all. i typed
file name then i tried to exit. dialog box keep asking me "save as". What is
problem with this?

In Access , all objects are saved in the same file (typically). Don't use "Save
As...". Just press save in the toolbar and you're done.

One of my clients was having this same problem. He opens a report in
design view to edit a few items and after he edits it he presses the
save button on the tool bar, or he goes to file>save. When he does
that he just goes back to the editing page. When he tries to close the
Design View for the report it asks him if he wants to save. Here, he
chooses yes, and it just goes back to the design view. When we click
"No" at the saving prompt, the design view closes but the changes that
he had made on the report arent changed. Any help or info that can
lead to the solution of this problem will be greatly appreciated.
