i can only hear sound in my movie in powerpoint.

When i insert a windows media movie file in powerpoint 2003 i can hear the
sound but cant see the movie (just a black box).

Powerpoint uses MCI in windows to play video. You can check if this will play
the video by going to START > RUN type mplay32.exe and open your video file.

If it doesnt its probably a CODEC problem.
