I can only see part of a bitmap I'm inserting into my doc

Hello,
Our company has many standard pricing templates we use consistently. When we
want to email the pricing we insert our logo by going to Insert, Picture,
From File and choosing the bitmap.

This usually works just fine - but for some of our documents we can only see
the last line of our logo. It looks like there is a text box around the
image. When I double click on the box it bring up the format picture options.

Does anyone know why does inserting the bitmap work with some of our word
templates and not others?

Check the line spacing of the paragraph you've inserted it into; most likely
it's set to an Exact amount. Change it to Single.
