I can only see the left side of a 2-column doctument. Help.

I have a directory which has 2-column information on church members; i.e.,
name, address, and phone numbers. I have always been able to view the entire
page(s) when I retrieve the Microsoft Word document. Today, I can only see
the two columns if I use print preview. As I have to change information
sometimes, I need to be able to 'see the 2nd column' which might need
changing. can you help me?

It sounds like you are working in Normal view - does the right column appear
*beneath* the left? Switch to Print Layout View (perhaps Page Layout View,
depending on version of Word) and you should be OK.
