I need create a CD cover. I have made a cover already- I
have placed right picture in a text box; now I just need
insert album name on a right place, but I cannot position
text: second text box (text box over image)not allowed. I
try use > Insert WordArt, but can no position text -it
stay on picture center, dont allow set exact position. How
I can put text on a right place?

In the first place, the picture doesn't have to be in a text box (you can
just set the desired wrapping for the picture on its own, or you can leave
it inline). And you should be able to position a text box over the picture
whether it's floating/wrapped or not; just set the wrapping to None or In
Front of Text and use Bring to Front if necessary.

CD cover template has strict borders and I need place a
picture exactly inside these borders- so I can no do this
without using a text box.(MS Word 2000)
How position text on a right place? Also, hows et
backgroung color for template(when i try set backgroung
color- something goes wrong: it applied color to whole
Word doc( i need only inside cover borders), also all
formating crash.)

I would disagree that it is impossible to place a picture precisely without
a text box. From the Picture toolbar, choose Format Picture and select the
Layout tab. Choose a wrapping style other than In Line with Text, then click
the Advanced... button. You will be able to specify the exact location of
the picture relative to the page or margins. In order to apply color to an
area, you will have to draw an AutoShape or text box and use the Fill button
to fill it with color. "Background" color is for Web pages only and does not
print.
