Windows XP, Novell 6.5.2, Outlook 2003.
How do I then save it to a file that I can use after I remove the Novell
profile.
Whenever I remove the Novell profile, I lose the Email in that profile.
I did try exporting the email to a backup file but when I open it, there is
no message, only attachments.
I have not been able to archive it either, I just get errors.
If I create a new profile and set up an account to use the Novell transport
provider, it gives me an error when connecting.

Last I heard is that Novell didn't support Outlook 2003 as a Groupwise
client unless it connected via IMAP or POP3. Last version of Outlook that
had decent support the for the Novell transport provider is Outlook 2000.

neo is correct. I had the same problem (could sort-of successfully copy
messages from my Groupwise Mailbox -and subfolders- to a pst file, but only
the header and attachments were coming across -no body text-) and I have
finally just been able to solve it. I installed my old copy of Outlook2000
and accessed the Groupwise mailbox from there, copied (an export didn't work)
all my folders over to the pst file and voila! I now have a proper archive.
Thanks chamorga and neo for posting these issues.
