I can send but cannot receive email.

I can send and receive normal on OUTLOOK EXPRESS, when I swithch to MSN
OUTLOOK, I can send ok but I cannot receive. I get an error message "mail
box temp unaval because another email msg being del to it or another mail
applicis accessing it. -ERR box locked"
