I can send but cannot receive from one sender

I think it is only one person that cannot send me emails. I don't have
voicemail so that isn't the problem. I have them send it to another email
account and I get it just fine.

What email domain do they use? Your isp may block there domain. Also check
your antispam filters - both in outlook and on the mail server.
