I can send messages from Outlook, but cannot receive messages.

I can pick up messages from my server, but cannot receive them through
Outlook, even though I can send from Outlook. Any suggestions?

Did it ever work?
Did your email provider change the SMTP port?
what version of Outlook?
Who is your email provider?
