I can send receive messages at work (DSL) but only can receive at home. I
shouldn't have to change any settings in outlook should I? Why would the
receive work but not the send? Just because my internet connection type is
now Dial up instead of DSL. I am still connected to the internet.

You may need to change things at home, depends on what's happening. So
what does happen when you try to send when you're at home? Do you get an
error message? If so, what is it?
