I cannot access to project server 2002

I have Project server 2002 and SharePoint installed on a
machine with win2000 server, and sql2000 on another
computer with win2003 server.
I can access to Project Server only locally using the
URL "\\localhost\project server".
Any access (either locally or from any client) using the
machine name is rejectet with the error 5011 "the cookies
are not enabled session by session on you internet
explorer".
Can someone help me?
