i cannot add a contact; it tells me the page cannot be found and .

whenever i try to add a contact I get the yellow exlamation box which says
"the form needed to read this page cannot be found contact your
administrator". I am the administrator?

Clearing the forms cache usually fixes this. Choose Tools | Options | Other
| Advanced Options | Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear
Cache.
