I cannot add any contacts in Microsoft Outlook XP

I used to be able to add contacts to my list in Microsoft Outlook XP. Now I
cannot. How do I fix this problem

Impossible to say.
You haven't told us anything yet.
At a minimum tell us why you can't add Contacts, what you are trying, what
happens, and what you changed just before "used to."
