I cannot download any template online, do you have same problems?

Are you getting an error?
Empty your temporary cache and try again. In Internet Explorer, tools, Internet
Options, delete files.

I can download it okay. Have you downloaded in the past? Do you get an error?
You maybe having issues with the ActiveX control.

Hi Cherry,

Are you not able to access the page at all, or not able to download the template once you are there?

If you're on a machine with Office 2007 you should be able to get to the page. If you're not a machine with Office 2007 you'll need
the Active X control from Link #3, below installed and then you should, when you go to download the first time receive a request to
install the download Active X control, but you may have to click on the yellow 'warning' bar at the top of Internet Explorer to
allow it to install.

I was able to download the template.

download the Active X control. This required page did not pop-up previously
so that I don't the reasons.

I am just not able to download the template there. It is weird that I am on
a laptop with Office 2007 but I was still required to download the Active X
control. Just follow the steps you said and now can download the template
without any problems.
