When trying to download I get
"Templates are only available to customers running genuine ..."
I continue and successfully validate Office but the next time I try to
download a template I get the same message.
This is a new Vista laptop. My old system failed I installed Office Pro
2007 that was on my old laptop. This laptop can with the Student version of
Office but I removed it.
How can I validate this install so that I can download templates?
