Hi,
I was performing an Online Office XP update and my connection was
interrupted by an incoming phone call at about a quarter of the way thru the
update.
There was a dialogue box saying that there was an unsuccessful download due
to three possible causes, like antivirus software, or server problems etc.
I clicked a link to"continue with update" but the web page will not now
fully download.
The URL is http://office.microsoft.com/officeupdate/maincatalog.aspx?lc=en-us.
There was a suggestion to try again later, which I have tried to no avail
