I cannot find my product ID for the Trial Version. Help?

I just downloaded a trial version of Office again, but the product activation
number, code, whatever it is, is NOWHERE to be found. I just keep using up
my times to get into the Word program. This is VERY frustrating!

"Help' doesn't tell me a thing!

Did you not write down the key you were given on the screen? (I downloaded a
trial of Publisher two days ago, and one of the screens gave me the key and
suggested I write it down, which I did)

If your previous trial has expired, you cannot re-download another trial and
start over.
The key is contained in an email sent to you

They said that would happen - I never got an email with the key for my trial
version of Publisher......good job I wrote it down!

Check your spam filters and Junk Mail folder. I usually find e-mails from
my MVP lead in the Junk Mail folder.

Go figure!
