I cannot install the voice recognition feature

i tried to install the voice recognition feature but i
cannot locate it in my office xp cd. i also followed the
instructions included in Word but i couldn't find the
feature even through the add or remove programs procedure
because the voice recognition option is not displayed. i
would be grateful if you could help me out. thanks in
advance.
