i cannot log in access!

when i start Access,immediately, a notice occur ".. while Microsoft
Access was communicating with the OLE server. Close the OLE server and
restart it outside of Microsoft Access. Then try the original
operation again in ...".,i do not whatever with Access,i can not
understand and try to seek this problem on internet but not yet.Please
help me,thank very much.
