I cannot open a web page link in Outlook

If there is a link to a web page in an email, when I click on it I get an
error message telling me to contact the system administrator. I am the only
user of this computer and am the administrator. I had the problem in Outlook
2003 and it is still in 2007 Enterprise. (Vista Business OS)

That's not the entire error message. When you post error messages, include
the entire message. We can't see what you see.
