I cannot open a Web site address link in a outlook message - keeps telling me
quote: This operation has been cancelled due to restriction in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator - end of quote. I really
need your help as I am not very much computer litterate. So how can I change
this setting in a vernacular way that it would be easy to understand. Thank
you for your help.
