I cannot open the my documents file while using word or excel

I have Office 2003. While using either Word or Excel, I cannot open any files
in 'My Documents" It tells me the program is not responding. I have sent
error messages but have not been directed to a solution. I can open files in
Power Point. And I can open the files by going to my documents and opening
the file, but not while in Word or Excel.

down to Item No. 383 "Hewlett-Packard's Share-to-Web software - Fix (MS06-015)"
to download a registry fix.

Note: You may need to temporarily disable your antivirus program
in order to safely run the scripted fix.
