I cannot receive mail using Outlook - error "The operation failed.

I recently installed Office 2003. I am using outlook express with no
problems, but when I try to send mail using outlook, I get a message "the
operation failed. An object could not be found." I have double checked all
settings and when I test account settings, I get the "...all tests completed
successfully" message, but the sent test message goes to my outlook express
inbox and not my outlook inbox. What is wrong?

I got the same error message, and spent over an hour on the phone with
customer support but no luck. Did you find out what to do to correct this?

I cannot rec or send mail using outlook-error "the operation failed. An

Outlook Express works fine..
