I cannot save an account as the file as field is invalid

I have installed BCM and am trying to create an account. However when doing
so I can do everything, but it tells me the file as field is empty. It will
save it but the nameof the account is missing. Any ideas?

Please check that BCM is not disabled. For this, do the following:

1. Click on Help--> "About Microsoft Outlook with Business contact Manager"
menu in Outlook
2. Click on the Disabled Items in the opened window.
3. You will see Business Contact Manger over there.
4. Just enable it.
