I cannot see JavaScript

Using "View Source", and then opening the source codes of websites,
with frontpage, I could not see the JavaScript code. Also, because
there was no javascrip, when I open the webpages with frontpage, some
info, buttons, and pics are missing.
How can i view a complete webpage including javascript with front page
(same problm i had with expression web).

I also noticed that when I saved webpages on my c drive, and trying to
open them with a window explored, some info is missing. to see the
complete pahe I had to click on the bar where is says:

"internet explorer restriced this page....click here for options..."

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
