I cannot see thumbnails in add clipart for word/publisher 2003 ju.

I cannot view clip art thumbnails in Publisher and word 2003, just the word
dglxasset and a .wav symbol. Clicking on insert doe sinsert the picture but
it means I have to insert every one to see which I want- can you help?

Yes, I can. Clear your cache.

In Internet Explorer, select Tools|Internet Options. Under Temporary
Internet files, click on Delete Files.
