When inserting clipart, how do I see thumbnails of clips not "dglx

When trying to insert clipart in Word 2003, on the right side of my screen a
window comes up that should show thumbnails of the clips. Instead, there are
thumbnail boxes with no pictures and each is labeled "dglxasset...". When I
right click on the box and view properties, I can see the clip. How can I
view the clips in the thumbnails without having to view properties.

You may need to clear your TIF cache. Go to the Windows Control Panel and
open the Internet Options dialog. On the General tab, under Temporary
Internet Files, click on Delete Files... and say yes.
