I cannot select text on internet so I can copy and paste.

I am using Office 2003. I cannot select text on a web page so that I can
copy and then paste into a word document. I can do this in Word but not on
the internet.

is it a specific page? if so, what is the url?

It is on all web pages on the internet. I have a feeling it might be
something to do with a key on the keyboard. A bit like when you start typing
over text but it will stop if you press the insert key. I can select text in
Word but not on any internet pages.

This seems to be a browser issue, not a Word issue. Maybe posting to a group
dedicated to the browser you're using would yield some answers.
