Check with your ISP. Read their instructions for connecting to the SMTP
server and re-check your configuration in outlook. Or maybe the SMTP
server is having trouble.
This is nothing to do with Outlook - suggest you contact your ISP and ask
what your SMTP server should be. If you have that correct you will need to
troubleshoot with them.
If you can't send mail, SMTP is *not* fine. What version of Outlook do you
have? Are you getting any error messages?
