I have an e-mail account set up in outlook 2003, running over XP professional
SP.2. The problem is I cannot receive e-mails that have large attachments (1
mb or above). By using webmail I know that the messages have arrived at my
mail server but I cannot retrieve them. When I try to receive or send, the
transfer rate drops to less tham 10/bytes per sec., and then drops out on
timeout.
Any ideas?
