I can't Access Accounts in Outlook 2000

I'm running XP Home and Outlook 2000 updated. Suddenly I can't access
Accounts under Tool, or the Mail function in Control Panel or the Account
funtion under Option. Click and nothing happens. This is awkward because
something (?) has disrupted my main email account.

Help.

Thanks,
Jim-

Do you get any error messages? What did you change just before this started
happening?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Jim asked:

I get no error messages. So far as I know I changed nothing. One of my kids
(6&8) might have clicked on something because I do leave Outlook running
while they are playing, but I doubt it, if they stray from Barbie.com they
yell for me. It may be time for me to set them up as restricted users but
what could they have done?

I click on any anything to access Accounts and nothing happens. I've tried
reinstalling twice with updates etc. and still no access to accounts. Is
there a registry setting that could do that that would linger after
uninstalling and reinstalling?

Thanks for your reply.
