I CAN'T ACCESS MY POWERPOINT PRESENTATION

[Accesing a Presentation]

It is in the computer but when i try to access my powerpoint presentation is
says
cant read\C:My Documents and Settings\Regional Pharmacy managers.ppt
How was just working on it an hour ago and saved it.
