I can't access Outlook's Option page for a digital ID.

I am trying to get a Digital ID Certificate. I pressed the Settings Button
on the Security tab of Outlook's Options page. It doesn't work. I get "This
page cannot be displayed". Help.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
