I cant access shared calenders, tasks or contacts. "folder cannot.

I am using Outlook as a beginner but i believe i am pressing the right
buttons. However when i wish to see others calenders, tasks or contacts a
window tells me UNABLE TO DISPLAY THE FOLDER - THE CALENDER FOLDER CANNOT BE
FOUND

I think something is not correctly set-up.

Your advice most welcome
