I can't add text to my greeting cards(zoom factor). How can I fix?

When I"m making greeting cards or business cards and I try to add text, it
tells me the zoom factor is invalid and it must be between 400 & 800. I have
to use the headline to add all my text, then reduce it to fit the item. Can
someone please tell me what to do to fix the problem? ( I am using print
workshop by cosmi, and also in cosmi.) ( It also does the same in Microsoft
works when I use any template or blank doccument)

You have posted this message to the wrong news group.
The access in this newsgroup's title refers to Microsoft Access, a
database product.
I would suggest you post to the appropriate newsgroup for whatever
