I cant change my pop3 to imap on outlook 2000 what do I do?

Does Help, About say Internet mode or Corporate/Workgroup?

Did you try making a new account of the right type - changing an existing
account doesn't work.

Define a *new* IMAP account. Then delete the old POP3 account.
