I cant delete any emails

I cannot delete any emails that I have recieved and cannot clear any folders.
When I exit the program I get an error that says some of the files you have
selected cannot be deleted. and an error that says I have emails ready to
send, but they are never sent and I cannot delete any files from any
folders............HELP

Hi hozer25,

your Outlook version is?

The size of your PST file?

To check the size of your PST file:
Open Outlook and go to File/Folder/Properties then click the Folder Size
button.

If you use Outlook 97-2002 the size of your PST file is 2 GB.

Can you clear your "Deleted items folder"

If you use "Shift" and then click on "Delete" can you delete a single
email?

Can you create an additional PST file (File/New/Personal Folder (PST) and
move single emails from one PST to the other.

Does this work?

What version of Outlook do you use?
What type of email account do you have?
What size is your PST? Have you scanned it for errors using scanpst.exe?
