I can't delete or compress this particular file

I am a medical journalist and I wrote a story "Single
photon emission computed tomography in posttraumatic
stress disorder before and after treatment with a
selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor"

Don't try to understand it. My problem is I can't delete
it, rename it it or move it. I think the name is too
long. Help someone, please. I am not too computer lierate
so go gentle on an old geezer

Which would you prefer to do... delete it, rename it, or move it?

How have you tried to do these things thus far? from Windows Explorer?
from My Computer? from Word?

What versions of Word and Windows do you have?
