I cant download microsoft updates

When I try to download microsoft updates I keep getting error code 646. I have
Windows Vista Home Premium.

Error code 646= you have to download those Updates manually and install them
manually from Office Update. Since you did not specify which version of Office that
you have ,then all I can do is to direct you to that site.
