I can't download office templates

When I try to download office templates, I get a registration window for
Office 2003. I have Office XP. I does not let me download the templates.

Try the following then download again.

Empty your Temporary Internet Files cache
In Internet Explorer, click Tools, and then click Internet Options.
On the General tab, click Delete Files.

Also delete the Cookie files for the template gallery
