I can't figure out this formula

I inherited a spreadsheet. One of the cells has this formula:
{=TABLE(,B1)}. There's a value in the cell...like it's calculating something
but I can't figure out what it's referring to. Can someone explain this to
me?

Highlight the cell, click on Tools-Auditing-Trace Precedents and see what
it's referencing......
