I can't find the introduction box

H

hude

when emailing a document in Office 2003. My introduction box has gone
missing. Is there any way I can get it back?

I get it only when I use send to from an IE page or a Word doc. I am trying
to find out how to use it with a normal email, but so far no luck.

Perhaps I should rephrase the question.

What IS an "introduction box"? As in, please describe the what you have
referred to as "my introduction box".

Hi hude, I use MS Office 2000, so your's may be slightly different.

When you want to send a word document via E-mail you click
on File (as if you was
printing) on the top left hand side then you click the two little
down arrows to extend the file window and click
Mail Recipient [/color:fe595848d2]and it will
open the normal E-mail window with the document attatched.

You can do same with a folder by right clicking selecting
Send To [/color:fe595848d2]moving the curser
across to Mail Recipient
[/color:fe595848d2]and clicking again. Is this what you mean..?

But how do you get the introduction box if you are just sending a normal
email not originating in word.

What is an introduction box... think BOB I asked the same question..?

you asked[quote:380f8bd430] But how do you get the introduction box if
you are just sending a normal email not originating in word.

If I want to send a normal E-mail one would expect to use the E-mail
programme Outlook Express for example.

Now, I don't use Exploder (as I call it) or Outlook for my Internet or
E-mail's I use Firefox and Thunderbird, there is no reason why this
won't work for Outlook Express for sending and receiving E-mails.

If I click on File expand
the window by clicking thew two down arrows clicking
Send to[/color:380f8bd430], scrolling across
to and clicking Routing
Recpient[/color:380f8bd430] will launch my E-mail programme in
Thunderbird.... or hopefully Outlook.

Do bear in mind that I said I used Office
2000.
