I can't get music to play on all of my slides ....

Why can I get music to play on some slides but not others? I've read other
peoples comments about it being protected but I'm using both music ripped
from cds and music I've already downloaded from the internet. What do I do?
Now I can't get any other music onto my slide show?

Play sounds across multiple slides (A WAV runs through it)
