I can't get my emails

I haveing trouble accessing my emails, only one will come through. It's my
confirmation of my tesco shopping. When I try and dounload my emails, a error
occurs!!! I need help fast as I have important emails waiting for me!!!

What program are you using to access your emails? What version of that
program? Is it fully updated? What is your e-mail server and most important
what specific error occurs, what exactly is happening or not happening. Is
there any kind of error message (we need it word for word) What operating
system are your using (like Vista) Is it fully updated?
