I can't get my graphics to display in nested table

I am doing a newsletter for emailing & I can't get my graphics to display in
a nested table when I preview in browser or email htm file

What version of Word are you using and what steps
are you using to create the table and to insert the
graphic?

What is displayed in File=>Web Page Preview where the
graphic would be?
