I can't install the program because my system requires the installation of
either MSWindows XP Professional Service Pack 2 or MSOffice Professional
Edition 2003 why is that? It says unless I correct the above mistakes I can't
go on with the installation. I don't understand, I'm very confused, some one
please help!
Thank you

Install Windows XP Service Pack 2.
You can get it from Windows Update. Open Internet Explorer, Tools,
Windows Update.

If you have Windows 98 or ME, you are stuck. You cannot install Office
2007 until you upgrade your operating system to Windows XP SP2 or
Vista.

If you are still running Windows 98 or ME, then I think you probably
need to buy a new computer anyhow. Those two operating systems are
ancient and you really shouldn't be using them anymore.
The OP's problem sounded like a case of Windows XP installed but without
SP2.

I have not found your answer, as that is the same problem I am having, with
two weeks into Microsoft Tech's calling back and doing the same thing each
day! What is the solution, or what is the error
