i can't install office2007 beta

hello friend plz help me to install office 2007 beta.for home(personal) use.
i download office 2007 beta from microsoft site. and save installation file
on my disk
after that i install that file.but can't install.
installation file running at step 1
ask me for proseed, i click yes.
next step it detecting. and some msg lash..

There are no product affected by this package installed on this system.(ok)

but when click ok no further process occur.

plz help me for installation....
