The envelope icon is not available to be opened. I can't click on it.

You mean there aren't any attachment icons to open? What version of Outlook

The message has the envelope icon, but you can't click on it. It shows the
name and size of the attachment as well. I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003
(11.63596408).
