I can't open it!!

Help!!
I haven't been able to open it during the last 24 hours,
every time I try, right after it start displaying the
first default page it shows me the message:

WINWORD
This program has performed ad illegal operation and
it will be shut down.
If the problem persis get in contact with the vendor.
- OK -
(at pressing OK takes me back at my desktop)

Using me MS Office CD I have already repaired twice any
errors in the MS Office and twice re-installed MS Office,
ran three times any applicable solution throuth Norton
but, still can't open it and still keeps showing me the
same bloody message. I need help bad please!!??

Had you read my response you would have seen the solution. Chances are you
won't see this message either.
